Dr Saira Iqbal

Dr Saira Iqbal qualified from Cardiff University, UK in 2009 and stayed in Wales where she completed further postgraduate training and examinations to become a member of the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh (MFDS RCSEd). She has worked in various fields during her postgraduate training to include oral and maxillofacial surgery, community and special care clinics and within the prison care system, taking care of vulnerable people within the community which has given her valuable experience.
She then moved to Australia to broaden her skills and experience working in both private dental practice and community outreach clinics and later returned back to the UK where she has been working in general family practice since.
Dr Iqbal has a commitment and passion for further professional development and has advanced her skills by pursuing and completing a postgraduate certificate in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry in London, with the renowned aesthetic dentist Dr Christopher Orr. She has completed many further postgraduate courses since qualifying and enjoys treating both adults and children in a relaxed, friendly manner and has a keen eye for detail when it comes to reproducing natural function and aesthetics.
Dr Saira strives to provide professional, honest and caring dental care to all her patient’s and has a specialised interest in Invisalign Go, bleaching and bonding and is a Smilefast provider.
